Scholarships for Primary Care Clinicians Serving High-Need Communities
REACH scholarships are awarded to primary care clinicians working in underserved communities across the United States. Funded by generous contributions from corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors, these scholarships remove the financial barrier to REACH training — so dedicated PCPs can get the skills they need, and the children they serve can get the care they deserve.

Fully funded access to REACH’s Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care (PPP) program. Open to primary care clinicians nationwide serving underserved communities.
For School Nurses
Mental Health Training Scholarships for New Jersey School Nurses
REACH offers fully funded mental health training for NJ-based school nurses — delivered live and virtually in two sessions, with four follow-up learning calls. Topics include anxiety, depression, suicidality, and more. Scholarship decisions are announced on a rolling basis, with priority given to applications submitted by the early deadline.

REACH scholarships are awarded to primary care clinicians and school nurses serving high-need, underserved communities in the United States. PCPs applying for the PPP scholarship should be working in community health settings, school-based health centers, federally qualified health centers, or other communities where access to pediatric mental health care is severely limited.
Eligibility criteria can vary by program and funder, but generally, underserved communities include populations with limited access to mental health care due to geographic, economic, or systemic barriers. Examples include clinicians working in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) or rural communities, where specialist mental health care is limited or unavailable
REACH scholarships are fully funded — covering the complete cost of tuition for the training program. Scholarship recipients receive the same intensive, evidence-based training as all REACH participants, including workshop attendance, case-based learning calls, and all course materials.
The Patient-Centered Mental Health in Pediatric Primary Care (PPP) is REACH’s flagship training for primary care clinicians. It combines a 3-day intensive workshop with twice-monthly case-based learning calls over four months, led by nationally recognized psychiatrists and PCPs. Completing the PPP equips clinicians to confidently assess, diagnose, and treat the most common pediatric mental health conditions — including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more.

Scholarship decision timelines vary by program. Applicants will be notified according to the review schedule for the program they applied to.
The number of scholarships available each year varies, as it is dependent on funding. Our PPP program typically offers 50 scholarships each year, and we often have scholarships available for other programs. Join the Scholarship Email List to hear about new scholarships as they become available.
